Separate 1 Click application for your Clients (More Premium Features)

The remote users getting support will NOT have to give you the 14 digit passwords.
They just have to click Show My PC Now and provide you with a 4 digit support ID.


After the client has started the application, just launch your Full version of the application and goto:
Options >> Support Remote Users

Then enter the 4 digit meeting ID and password provided to you (premium customers) and you should be connected.
